Kırgızistan volume enters second printing

The first printing of Kırgızistan: Tarih · Toplum · Ekonomi · Siyaset, edited by Cengiz Buyar, has been exhausted. A second printing is now with the printer and will be available to libraries and standing-order customers within the quarter.

The volume brings together contributions on the historical formation of the Kyrgyz state, the structure of contemporary society, the economy since independence, and the development of the political system. It was conceived as a single-volume reference for researchers approaching Kyrgyzstan from outside the region.

The second printing corrects a small number of typographical errors identified since publication. No substantive changes have been made to the text, and pagination is unchanged, so citations to the first printing remain valid.
