Editorial Standards
Peer review
All submissions undergo double-blind peer review by at least two referees who hold no affiliation with the author's institution. Referees assess originality of contribution, soundness of method, adequacy of the source base, and clarity of argument.
The editorial board may return a manuscript without external review where it falls outside the list or does not meet basic scholarly requirements. This decision is communicated within thirty days.
Conflicts of interest
Authors must declare funding sources, institutional affiliations relevant to the subject matter, and any personal or commercial relationship that could be perceived as influencing the work. Referees must decline where such a relationship exists.
Research integrity
The press follows COPE guidance on publication ethics. Manuscripts are screened for plagiarism before review. Allegations of misconduct are investigated by the editorial board, and the author's institution is notified where the allegation is substantiated.
Corrections and retractions
Errors affecting the scholarly record are corrected in a dated erratum published alongside the title. Retractions carry a signed statement of reason and remain permanently accessible.
Archiving
Every title is deposited with the national libraries of the Kyrgyz Republic and Türkiye, and catalogued in WorldCat.
